All persons chosen to participate as contestants are required to verify identity and eligibility to participate in the United States and fulfill the requirements of the production in the United States. Contestants must provide proof of citizenship with a certified copy of her/his birth certificate, valid US Passport or Certificate of Citizenship. A Permanent Resident Card or an Employment Authorization Card must be valid until at least March 31st, 2023.

In order to apply, potential contestants must be able to provide documentation sufficient to establish in Producer’s discretion that the potential contestant has received a full course of vaccination against Covid 19, including applicable booster shots using a vaccine approved or authorized for use by the United States Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”) and has passed the applicable waiting period for developing immunity using that vaccine, as recommended by the United States Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (“CDC”) (i.e., at least two weeks have elapsed since receiving the booster vaccine (Pfizer, Moderna, or Johnson & Johnson) *
